Dive into a fast-paced, hands-on training program that blends classroom learning with paid internship experience at top Austin employers. You'll practice core application development skills — think Python, Java, JavaScript, React, SQL, Git and REST APIs — while getting professional coaching, real-world projects, and direct pathways to employers like major tech and enterprise partners in the region.

The Role

• Learn and contribute to full-stack application development projects using JavaScript/React front ends and Python or Java back ends.

• Build and query relational databases with SQL; write and consume RESTful APIs; practice version control with Git.

• Join an internship placement with partner employers for hands-on sprints, debugging, code reviews, and agile stand-ups.

• Complete instructor-led labs and collaborative capstone projects that demonstrate production-ready skills.

• Participate in professional workshops: interviewing, resume building, networking, and career coaching to transition into tech roles.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or GED (no bachelor’s degree required) and eligibility to work in the U.S.

• Availability Monday–Friday for the duration of the program and strong motivation to learn technical & professional skills.

• Basic coding familiarity (projects or coursework) with one or more of: Python, Java, or JavaScript; willingness to learn React and SQL.

• Experience using Git or another version control system; comfortable using IDEs like VS Code or IntelliJ and command-line basics.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills; ready to take feedback and iterate quickly.
