Location: Edappally, Padivattom
Qualification: B.Tech in Architecture (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 5 Years in Architectural Design and Project Execution
Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 CTC per month
Immediate Joiners Preferred

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.Tech) in Architecture is mandatory
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and related software
• Strong understanding of building codes and construction practices
• Excellent communication and project management skills

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop detailed architectural plans and presentations
• Manage end-to-end project execution from concept to completion
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors
• Conduct site visits to ensure construction aligns with approved designs
• Prepare working drawings, 3D models, and ensure compliance with regulations and codes

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
