Junior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing architectural drawings, presentations, and detailed working drawings.
• Create 3D models and renderings using SketchUp and Lumion for client presentations.
• Work on design documentation and visualization for residential and commercial projects.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Participate in site visits, project meetings, and client interactions.
• Support senior architects in project planning, design development, and execution.

Required Skills & Software Proficiency:

• AutoCAD – Drafting and working drawings.
• SketchUp – 3D modeling and design visualization.
• Lumion – Rendering and presentation visuals.
• Adobe Photoshop (preferred) – Presentation boards and image editing.
• Strong understanding of design concepts, detailing, and construction processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• 0–2 years of experience in architectural design or construction firms.
• Fresh graduates with strong design portfolios are encouraged to apply.
