Job Title: Junior Architect

Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our in-house design and development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in architectural design, working drawings, coordination with consultants, and site execution support for residential and commercial real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of architectural concepts, layouts, and working drawings.
• Coordinate with external consultants (structural, MEP, landscape, etc.) and internal teams for design inputs and compliance.
• Prepare 3D models, presentations, and renders for internal and client discussions.
• Ensure design compliance with building codes, bye-laws, and DCR norms.
• Support the senior architect and project team during site visits for design validation and issue resolution.
• Prepare submission drawings and documentation for statutory approvals (municipal, environmental, fire NOC, etc.).
• Maintain proper documentation of design iterations, approvals, and revisions.

Key Skills, Competencies & Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in architectural design and coordination, preferably with a real estate developer or architectural consultancy.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD , SketchUp , and MS Office ; knowledge of Revit is a plus.
• Good understanding of building construction techniques , materials , and detailing .
• Sound knowledge of local development regulations , building codes , and approval processes .
• Strong design sense , attention to detail , and visual communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including consultants and site teams.
