Role Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Architect to join our Patna office. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and eager to learn the full process of design and execution, from concept to construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing architectural drawings, presentations, and 3D visualizations.
• Support design development, working drawings, and coordination with structural, MEP, and site teams.
• Conduct site visits, prepare reports, and ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
• Research materials, construction techniques, and design references.
• Know-how to make physical 3D models
• Collaborate closely with senior architects and project leads on multiple ongoing projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 0–2 years of professional experience. Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Working knowledge of Revit, Lumion, or Rhino will be an advantage.
• Strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced studio environment.
