Junior Architect

Responsibilities :

• Assist in creating architectural designs and drawings using CAD software
• Collaborate with senior architects to refine design concepts
• Prepare construction documents, including blueprints and specifications
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements
• Research and analyze relevant building codes and regulations
• Assist in client meetings and presentations
• Participate in project coordination and communication with contractors and consultants
• Contribute to design reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural techniques

Qualifications :

• Degree in Architecture or a related field
• Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
• Basic knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and a creative mindset
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and design trends.
