As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, designing, and execution of residential & government housing projects.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, liaising consultants, and contractors
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure design intent and execution quality
• Ensure compliance with local by-laws, PMAY norms, and statutory requirements
• Review and revise drawings based on site conditions and authority feedback
• Assist in project documentation, BOQs, and material specifications
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely project delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in real estate / infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office (Revit preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings and site execution
• Good communication, coordination, and time management skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in PMAY / affordable housing projects
• Exposure to government approvals and site coordination
• Mumbai-based candidates preferred

Salary: ₹7–9 LPA (As per experience)
