Junior Architect

Job Title: Junior Architect

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Junior Architect with 3–4 years of experience to support our design and execution team. The role involves design development, detailed drawings, site coordination, and working closely with senior architects, consultants, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing architectural concepts, plans, drawings, and 3D models
• Prepare detailed construction drawings, blueprints, specifications, and presentation materials
• Conduct site visits for site analysis, coordination, and progress monitoring
• Research building codes, materials, and construction methods
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors
• Attend client meetings to understand requirements and support design presentations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• 3–4 years of relevant experience as a Junior Architect
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or similar software is an advantage
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and site execution
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
