Junior Architect

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to contribute to diverse architectural projects and grow their skills in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing architectural plans, layouts, and 3D models.
• Support senior architects with project documentation and presentations.
• Conduct site visits and assist in monitoring project progress.
• Research materials, building codes, and sustainability practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
• Strong creative and technical drawing skills.
• Basic understanding of building codes and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or professional experience in an architectural or design firm.
• Knowledge of rendering tools like Lumion or V-Ray.
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices.
