The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, contribute, and add value to every stage of the design-to-execution process — from concept development to project coordination and digital presentation. Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) – from a recognized university.
• Council of Architecture (CoA) registration preferred.

Must-Have Skills

• AutoCAD – 2D layouts, detailed working drawings, and construction documentation.
• 3ds Max with V-Ray – 3D modeling, lighting, material application, and photorealistic rendering.
• Photoshop – Design presentations, renders, and client visual boards.
• 3D Modeling – For furniture, fixtures, and custom interior elements.
• Social Media Management – Content creation, design editing, and storytelling through visuals.
• Website Management – WordPress (advanced), SEO, blog/article writing, and basic UI/UX (Figma) understanding.
• Architectural Concept Development – Zoning, space planning, form ideation, and façade design.
• Material Knowledge & Detailing – Understanding finishes, joinery, and execution-level detailing.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Development & Drawings

• Prepare and develop concept designs, working drawings, and GFC sets using AutoCAD.
• Create 3D renders and design visualizations for client presentations.
• Support senior architects and project heads in space planning, detailing, and documentation.
• Participate in material research, specifications, and design presentations.

Digital & Visual Communication

• Use Photoshop and Illustrator to prepare client decks, design boards, and renders.
• Assist in maintaining SPAR’s digital design presence — through website and social media updates.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing team to showcase projects visually and effectively.

Coordination & Execution

• Work closely with project, MEP, and site teams to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
• Assist in client presentations, vendor meetings, and design coordination.
• Follow up with internal and external teams to ensure timelines are met.
