Junior Architect & Interior Designer

• Visualizing and designing interior space of Residential apartments/ Villas based on the budget specification of client.
• Interaction with the client from the concept to the finalization of the Design.
• Create mood boards to sample your design vision.
• Sketching interior design plans. Sourcing products and materials in coordination with the procurement department.
• Inspecting construction to ensure design specifications are met.
• Handle end the end-to-end design process and release the shop drawings for Production.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision.
• Client Servicing Soft spoken and confident to deal with clients.
• Working in collaborative teams & directly with stakeholders to implement designs.
• Desired Candidate Profile.
• Working knowledge and estimation of for finalizing the Design for approval is a must.

Proven work experience in decorating interior spaces.

Expertise in handling customized ID of Residential / Villa

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Strong verbal and written English communication skills and presentation skills.

Proficiency in AutoCAD is must. Knowledge of Sketchup, nscape, Lumion, 3dsMAX and other 2D & 3D software will be added advantage.
