The Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Architect with a strong foundation in Autodesk Revit and 3D rendering to join our collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills by working closely with senior architects and engineers on landmark projects. You will play a key role in turning design concepts into compelling visualizations and precise technical models.

Key Responsibilities

- 3D Modeling & Rendering:

- Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings, animations, and fly-throughs to visualize design concepts for client presentations and marketing materials.

- Develop and manage detailed architectural models using Autodesk Revit under the guidance of senior team members.

- Design & Technical Assistance:

- Contribute to the design development process by providing visual support and exploring design options through 3D studies.

- Assist in researching materials, products, and building systems to be incorporated into models and designs.

- Learn and apply relevant Dubai Municipality codes and standards to project work.

Qualifications & Skills

Essential Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

- Approximately 2 years of professional experience in the UAE in an architectural or design consultancy setting.

- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.

- Demonstrable skill in 3D rendering with software such as Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion, or V-Ray.

- A strong digital portfolio is mandatory. Your portfolio must clearly showcase:

- Exceptional 3D renderings and visualizations.

- Examples of projects developed in Revit.

- Your understanding of the design-to-visualization process.

- UAE driving license is preferred.

Ideal Candidate:

- A keen eye for detail, composition, and lighting in visualizations.

- Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, professional environment.

- Good communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.

- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is required.

- Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines.

- Candidates based in the UAE and available for an immediate interview are preferred.
