Junior Architectural Designer

Advance Knowledge in Architecture, Civil Terminology, Standards & AutoCAD.

Advance knowledge in preparing Residential, Multi-Storied buildings using relevant building regulations.

Designing, Execution and discussions with the team, Problem identifications and resolving skills.

Superimpose structural Services drawing over Architectural drawings.

Co- ordinate with external Structural MEP consultants to incorporate details into architectural Drawings.

Creating technical drawings from architects' sketches and specifications.

Using CAD software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details.

Interacting with Architects and Designers to exchange ideas and provide support

Ensuring all vital information and documentation is recorded and maintained

Printing CAD drawing schematics for use by architects, interior designers, construction managers

Preparing drawings, charts, and records with CAD equipment and conventional drafting techniques.

Reworking and modifying designs based on comments and reviews from management and clients

Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team

Collaborating with architects, interior designer and construction engineers to ensure adherence to building specifications and industry regulations.

Keeping abreast of the latest developments and technologies in architectural design.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
