Job Overview:


We are seeking a talented and forward-thinking Junior Architectural Planning Engineer to join our Architecture department’s Planning & Control section. In this role, you will contribute to the effective planning and monitoring of design projects, supporting scheduling, resource allocation, and budget tracking. Leveraging tools such as Primavera, MS Project, and Power BI, you will help ensure design deliverables meet project milestones, while preparing insightful dashboards and reports that drive informed decision-making and successful project outcomes.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining detailed design project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Monitor progress of design deliverables and ensure alignment with project milestones.
  • Track and manage resource allocation across design teams and disciplines.
  • Track project budgets, actual expenditures, and forecasts.
  • Deliver weekly dashboards and executive presentations covering:

1) Resource allocation and staffing per project

2) Actual vs. planned man-hour consumption

3) Project progress and completion percentages

4) Forecasted resource availability for upcoming projects


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project for scheduling and planning.
  • Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Power BI for dashboards and reporting.
  • Ability to track and monitor design project progress, resources, and budgets.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving.
