Junior Art Consultant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and visually driven Junior Art Consultant to support the development of artwork and wall décor packages for hospitality, healthcare, and corporate interior projects nationwide.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for color, composition, and spatial design who is eager to grow within a fast-paced, design-focused environment. Candidates may be recent graduates in interior design or early-career professionals looking to expand their experience in a niche area of the design world.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop artwork and wall décor concepts based on client-provided floor plans, design schemes, budgets, and timelines
• Create curated artwork packages tailored to a variety of interior environments and client aesthetics
• Interpret architectural floor plans and translate them into appropriate artwork placement strategies
• Assist in preparing visual presentations and design proposals for client review
• Provide accurate product selection support and basic pricing coordination
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure design intent, accuracy, and project deadlines are met

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong eye for color, composition, and visual balance
• Ability to read and interpret floor plans and elevations with solid spatial awareness
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while efficiently prioritizing and transitioning between tasks
• Interest in interior design, art curation, or environmental graphics

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or coursework in Interior Design, Fine Arts, Architecture, or related field
• Experience with presentation tools (PowerPoint or similar)
• Familiarity with commercial interior environments (hospitality, healthcare, corporate)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
