We're looking for a unique Junior Art Director to join our team and help us push boundaries even further.

Overview:

As a Junior Art Director at Studio 56, you'll be an integral part of our creative team, working closely with designers, copywriters, strategists, and developers to develop unique, niche concepts and visual solutions for our clients. We're searching for someone who isn't afraid to think outside the box, someone who can bring fresh ideas to the table, and someone who is excited to explore and define the next big trends in the creative industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm, conceptualize, and develop unique, niche ideas for client projects and campaigns
• Design and execute visually stunning and conceptually strong creative assets for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and more
• Present and defend creative concepts to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback and adjusting designs as needed
• Keep up-to-date with emerging design trends, technologies, and tools, incorporating these insights into your work
• Assist in the development of creative pitches for new business opportunities
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects, meeting deadlines without compromising quality

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a creative role
• A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to think creatively, problem-solve, and produce visually engaging designs
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Fluency in both Turkish and English is preferred
