What You'll Do
  • Support the General Manager in daily hotel operations to maintain exceptional service standards.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth coordination across all functions.
  • Contribute to budgeting, cost control, and basic financial planning under supervision.
  • Participate in talent development and team motivation initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of service, teamwork, and guest-centric values.
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety regulations.
  • Uphold RIU's brand values and guest experience standards.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • Limited professional experience (internships or short-term assignments are welcome).
  • A strong desire to grow into a hotel leadership role within the international hospitality industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • A flexible, hands-on attitude and the ability to adapt to multicultural environments.
  • Fluency in English is required; Spanish is highly valued.
