Our firm is a boutique personal injury law firm concentrating in medical malpractice and construction accident cases.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Associate located in Lower Manhattan. The role will involve substantive participation in all phases of litigation, including screening potential cases, drafting pleadings, discovery responses and demands, motion practice, preparing and representing witnesses at deposition, trial preparation and court appearances.

Qualifications

• Passion for representing injured clients
• Experience in personal injury litigation is an advantage
• Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is an advantage
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited United States law school
• Admitted to the New York State Bar

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
