Our friendly, fast-growing personal injury firm is looking for a Junior Associate Attorney who’s excited to build their skills and take an active role in helping clients through their recovery journey. This position is a great fit for a newer lawyer who enjoys problem-solving, communicating with people, and stepping into meaningful responsibility early in their career.
In this role, you’ll lead negotiations on bodily injury claims, working directly with insurance adjusters and supporting clients through an important phase of their case. You’ll also work closely with a team of paralegals, offering guidance, sharing ideas, and helping coordinate the pre-litigation and early-litigation stages. You won’t be doing it alone—our team is collaborative, supportive, and always ready to help you grow.

Experience

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission or eligibility to sit for the bar exam.
• Prior internship or legal administrative experience in a law office setting preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in legal research platforms such as Westlaw and LexisNexis.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to draft clear, concise legal documents.
• Experience in legal drafting, case management software, and maintaining detailed records is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of personal injury law principles combined with familiarity in areas like estate planning or environmental law, is a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
