Key Responsibilities

Assist in the day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Support the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.

Help with onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees.

Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR documents, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and policy updates.

Respond to employee queries and provide timely and accurate information regarding HR policies and procedures.

Coordinate and assist with HR events and activities, such as training sessions, employee engagement programs, and team-building events.

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Support payroll processing and benefits administration.

Assist with the implementation and maintenance of HR systems and tools.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Skills
