Job Description

Position Overview
The firm is seeking a junior-level associate to join its Litigation group, specifically within the Business and Commercial subgroup, at its Miami office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
  • Draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and contracts.
  • Assist in the preparation of court filings and other legal documentation.
  • Participate in client meetings, providing support and taking detailed notes.
  • Attend court hearings, depositions, and trials to observe and assist senior attorneys.
  • Review and organize case files and evidence.
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties as needed.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client and firm matters.
  • Engage in pro bono work by providing legal assistance to underserved and underrepresented communities.

Required Qualifications

  • JD years 2022 to 2024 with strong litigation experience across a variety of practices.
  • Completion of a federal or state supreme court judicial clerkship.
  • Prior law firm experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $265,000.00 - $310,000.00 per year
