Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, be admitted to the California State Bar, and have 1–2 years of experience practicing law. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior associate to gain valuable hands-on experience while contributing to a dynamic legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal research, analysis, and support on various cases and projects.
• Experience with employement law
• Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Assist senior attorneys with case preparation and client matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Represent the organization and/or clients in legal proceedings as required.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the State of California (CA Bar admission required).
• 1–2 years of experience practicing law as a junior associate or attorney.
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
