Duties

  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case development across multiple practice areas
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and correspondence with precision and clarity
  • Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and client meetings by organizing case files and evidence
  • Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish to gather information and explain legal procedures
  • Support negotiations with opposing parties or stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
  • Maintain accurate case records and manage legal administrative tasks efficiently within the law office system
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations in estate planning, immigration law, family law, workers' compensation law, and litigation

Skills

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research skills to gather pertinent legal information
  • Proficient in legal drafting and writing with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients or the firm
  • Prior experience or familiarity with legal administrative processes within a busy law office setting is preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,460.32 - $80,460.32 per year
