About the Role
Horton Interiors is seeking a motivated Junior Authority Approval Engineer to support our fit-out projects by assisting with regulatory approvals and ensuring compliance with UAE authority standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with submissions and follow-ups to Dubai authorities (DM, DCD, TECOM, Trakhees, DEWA, etc.).
• Review drawings and documents for compliance with local regulations.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams to collect required documentation.
• Support in scheduling site inspections and resolving approval-related queries.
• Maintain logs, records, and reports for all authority submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome).
• Basic understanding of UAE authority procedures is a plus.
• Ability to read drawings; AutoCAD knowledge is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
