Position: AI Analytics Engineer Remote Duration: Long Term Brief Job Summary/ Role Description: The AI Analytics Engineer will design and optimize AI/ML models to enhance Charter's decision-making capabilities. This role involves creating scalable solutions, managing data pipelines, and integrating advanced analytics into business processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in machine learning, data engineering, and Charter's objectives. Additionally, they will leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) for natural language processing, improving customer interactions and automating content generation. Staying updated on LLM advancements to innovate solutions that align with Charter's goals is essential. Technical Skills: 1. Strong proficiency in machine learning and data engineering 2. Expertise in developing and deploying AI/ML models 3. Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and natural language processing 4. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R 5. Advanced SQL skills for data manipulation and querying 6. Familiarity with data pipeline tools and frameworks 7. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams 8. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 9. Knowledge of cloud platforms and services 10. Understanding of Charter's business objectives and strategy 11. Robust prompting strategies and results validation. Good to Have: 1. Call Center Experience 2. Telecommunication / Cable experience. 3. Agile 4. React and interface experience. 5. Experience in sentiment analysis and text analytics 6. Knowledge of AI-driven automation tools 7. Experience with AI model interpretability and explainability. 8. Understanding of data privacy regulations related to AI 9. Graph Analytics: Employing graph-based models to analyze relationships and patterns in complex networks. 10. Natural Language Processing (NLP) Advances: Utilizing state-of-the-art NLP for sentiment analysis, chatbots, and language translation. 11. Explainable AI (XAI): Enhancing transparency by making AI model decisions understandable to humans. 12. Graph Analytics: Employing graph-based models to analyze relationships and patterns in complex networks. 13. Automated Machine Learning (AutoML): Streamlining model development by automating feature selection, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning. Other Skill combination requirement: 1. Bachelors Required / Masters or PHD preferred.
