👨‍💻 About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Backend Software Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. You'll work on modern .NET services and contribute to delivering secure, reliable, and maintainable software. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers in a flat and agile team setup.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET Core
• Follow Best Automation Testing practices with high code coverage
• Implement and advocate for clean code , design patterns
• Apply DevOps principles (CI/CD, Docker, Infrastructure basics)
• Develop with cloud-native practices (AWS/Azure experience is a plus)
• Integrate with third-party APIs securely
• Collaborate within a cross-functional team in Agile/XP cycles
• Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decisions.

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years in backend development, mainly with .NET Core .
• Understanding of software architecture styles (vertical slice, layered, etc.)
• Proficiency in Git , REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases
• Experience with unit testing , mocking, TDD frameworks, and coverage tooling
• Awareness of DevOps concepts and containerization (Docker, etc.)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Good grasp of security principles (input validation, secure coding, etc.)
• Experience in Agile and Extreme Programming (XP) practices

🌱 Nice to Have

• Contributions to public repos or side projects
• Exposure to Observability tools (e.g., Sentry, Prometheus, CloudWatch)
• Knowledge of BDD/SpecFlow frameworks
• Certifications in Cloud/Security/Agile are a plus
