Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Barista with prior café experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, eager to learn, and committed to delivering excellent customer service while maintaining café standards.

Experience & Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience working in a café as a barista
• Basic knowledge of espresso preparation, milk steaming, and beverage recipes
• Willingness to learn and improve coffee skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Basic English communication required

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and beverages according to café standards
• Assist in basic espresso setup and drink consistency
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and work areas
• Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times
• Support senior baristas during busy service periods
• Assist with stock handling, refilling, and minimizing wastage
• Handle customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Follow café SOPs and operational guidelines
