Responsibilities

Beverage Preparation

• Prepare hot and cold drinks: coffee, tea, matcha, fresh juices, smoothies, protein drinks
• Assist in developing and preparing new drink recipes when needed
• Ensure consistency, quality, and proper presentation of all beverages

Customer Service

• Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude
• Take beverage orders and serve drinks efficiently
• Answer customer questions regarding ingredients and healthy options

Operations & Cleanliness

• Maintain cleanliness of the barista station and equipment
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and cleaning procedures
• Restock ingredients, cups, and supplies throughout the day

Teamwork & Support

• Coordinate with waiters, cashiers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Assist during peak hours with basic service or packing when needed
• Follow opening and closing procedures for the barista station

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment (training will be provided)
• Previous experience as a barista is an advantage but not mandatory
• Fast learner with a positive attitude
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Presentable and professional appearance
• English required; Arabic is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays
