Junior Brand Designer

We’re hiring a Junior Brand Designer who is passionate about brand identity design and can help us create strong, modern visual systems for startups and established brands. You should be comfortable designing logos, visual identities, and brand assets that work across digital and print.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in building brand identities (logo, typography, color, visual language)
• Create brand collateral: social media templates, presentations, stationery, packaging basics
• Work on brand guidelines and system consistency
• Explore design directions and present options with clear reasoning
• Collaborate with strategists/copy/team to translate brand thinking into visuals
• Deliver production-ready files (print + digital)

Must-Have Skills

• Strong understanding of branding + visual identity design
• Good command on Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (Figma is a plus)
• Solid sense of typography, layout, color, composition
• Can build clean design systems and variations
• Good visual references and taste (moodboards, styles, trends)
• Attention to detail + file hygiene (naming, layers, exports)

Good to Have

• Basic motion skills (After Effects)
• Packaging design understanding
• Mockup presentation skills
• Familiarity with AI design tools (optional)

• A portfolio that shows branding work (logos + identity systems, not only posters)
• Someone who can take feedback positively and iterate fast
• Curious, reliable, and hungry to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
