Junior Business Analyst

Assurety Consulting is looking for a Junior Business Analyst with 6 months to 1 year of experience to support business process improvements and technology-driven projects. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Evaluate business processes and suggest improvements.
• Work with XML data files, SQL, and technical documentation.
• Create process flows and diagrams using MS Visio.
• Prepare reports and insights using MS Excel (including Pivot Tables).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 6 months – 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst role.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS Visio, SQL, and documentation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in a product or service-based company preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with XML, Power BI/Tableau, and Agile or project management methodologies.
