About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting project delivery to drive operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with senior analysts and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Assist in developing functional specifications and workflow diagrams.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and reporting to support business decisions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and operations.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure business requirements are met.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodology, and requirement documentation such as BRD, FRD, FRS.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
