Junior Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to help our organization make data-driven decisions and improve business processes. The ideal candidate will gather, analyze, and interpret business requirements, translate them into actionable insights, and support teams in implementing solutions that drive growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and workflows.
• Conduct data analysis and generate actionable insights.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other teams to implement solutions.
• Ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications.
• Assist in testing and validating new systems or processes.
• Monitor key business metrics and support strategic decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and business analytics tools.
• Good understanding of business processes and project management.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics tools.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Prior experience in IT, software, or consulting industries.
