This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Business Analyst, located in Jaipur. The Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting business process analysis, gathering and documenting business requirements, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing data, providing business solutions, and ensuring the alignment of business requirements with overall business strategy. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business performance improvements. Qualifications:

• Analytical Skills and Business Analysis
• Understanding of Business Process and Business Requirements
• Strong Communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Relevant experience in similar roles
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience with software development and IT consulting is a plus
• Experience in Bidding Tools.
