Junior Business Data Analyst

Job Summary We are looking for a proactive Junior Business Data Analyst to transform organizational data into a strategic asset. In this role, you will focus on data integrity, stakeholder communication, and the delivery of visual insights that help our business units make faster, more informed decisions.

Primary Duties

• Analyze departmental performance data to provide summaries and recommendations for executive leadership.
• Maintain and refresh recurring business reports using Power BI or Tableau.
• Act as a liaison between business users and IT to ensure data solutions align with end-user needs.
• Perform regular data cleansing and validation to ensure the accuracy of all business documentation and reporting.
• Assist in all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial research and data modeling to final implementation.

Required Competencies

• Ability to work with structured data and a foundational understanding of relational databases.
• A logical approach to identifying root causes of process inefficiencies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Data analysis/modeling) and exposure to SQL.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.

Education & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.

Pay: $67,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
