Technexia is looking for a motivated Junior Business Developer to work closely with senior team members to identify, engage, and nurture potential clients, helping us expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities

-Research and identify potential leads via LinkedIn, social media platforms (e.g., X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram), business directories (e.g., Clutch, GoodFirms), online communities, and other digital channels

-Initiate outreach campaigns through connection requests, direct messages, emails, and group engagement

-Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings with the client.

-Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems (such as HubSpot) and spreadsheets

-Assist in market research and competitor analysis

-Support the preparation of outreach materials and proposals

-Track outreach metrics and report weekly progress

Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with 1–2 internship experiences in business development, B2B lead generation, or client outreach is mandatory.

-Basic understanding of freelancing platforms, lead generation strategies, and digital outreach channels (LinkedIn, email, social media).

-Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), Google Sheets, and MS Office.

-Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks and get follow ups effectively.

-Candidates living near North Nazimabad would be preferred.

Location

Block-F, North Nazimabad - opposite to the North Walk Karachi.

Timings: 8:30AM to 4:30PM
