About Role:

Techparser is seeking a driven and tech-savvy Junior Business Developer to join our team in Lahore. We are looking for a proactive professional who can effectively navigate global marketplaces, showcase our technical expertise, and drive growth through strategic lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Freelancing Platforms: Actively identify and secure new business opportunities across a diverse range of platforms, including Upwork, Freelancer.com, and Fiverr.
• Creative Marketplace Expansion: Manage and optimize presence on creative and design-centric platforms such as Behance, Dribbble, and 99designs to showcase company capabilities.
• Gigs Creation & Optimization: Strategically develop and maintain high-performing Gigs and profiles that rank well and attract high-quality inbound inquiries.
• Technical Consultation: Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and effectively communicate Techparser’s software capabilities and technical solutions.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a consistent pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and high conversion rates.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Recent Graduate (BS in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field).
• Experience: 3 months to 1 year of experience in business development or sales within the IT industry.
• Tech Savvy: Strong foundational knowledge of software development technologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Shift Details

We operate in rotational shifts. Candidates must be flexible and comfortable working in either of the following slots as required:

• Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

You are expected to respond and engage with clients according to business needs and requirements

Location: 3 No Building, 2nd Floor, Sunflower Housing Society, Block J1, Phase 2, Johar Town, Lahore
