Job Description

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Junior Business Developer (B2B) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, exploring new business opportunities and contributing directly to revenue growth. Job Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify and close new business opportunities
  • Generate leads through Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to align sales messaging and offers
  • Maintain, track and update the sales pipeline
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Business Development.
  • Hands-on experience with Upwork and Fiverr lead generation (mandatory)
  • Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
  • Good understanding of sales, lead generation and consultative selling
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Self motivated, proactive and target driven mindset
  • Experience using CRM tools is a plus
