We are currently looking for a Junior Business Development Associate who is eager to grow within the technology consulting and staffing industry. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build experience in sales, client relationship management, and IT staffing.


Role Overview

The Junior Business Development Associate will support business growth by helping identify new opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and assisting with day-to-day sales activities. You will work closely with senior team members, recruiters, and leadership while learning the fundamentals of technology sales and staffing.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development Support

  • Research companies and identify potential clients with hiring or project needs
  • Assist with outreach through LinkedIn, email, and phone calls
  • Help maintain and update sales pipelines and CRM records
  • Schedule introductory meetings with prospective clients


Client & Team Coordination

  • Support communication with clients and internal recruiting teams
  • Assist with gathering job requirements and candidate information
  • Help ensure smooth coordination throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates


Sales & Administrative Support

  • Assist with follow-ups, proposals, and client documentation
  • Track business development activities and opportunity updates
  • Support onboarding coordination and general sales operations


Qualifications

Required

  • Interest in Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, or Technology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Motivated to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, and Microsoft Office tools


Preferred

  • Previous internship, customer service, sales, or recruiting experience
  • Interest in Cloud technologies, IT consulting, or staffing
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
