HostBreak is looking for 2 dynamic and motivated fresh graduates (or up to 1 year of experience) to join our Business Development team. This role is an excellent opportunity to launch your career in IT sales, client relations, and business growth within the fast-paced web hosting and technology industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage incoming leads using CRM/Excel.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and chat to nurture opportunities.
- Support the Business Development Manager in converting leads into clients.
- Conduct market research, lead hunting, and prospecting via online platforms.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales opportunities.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and maintain client records.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English written & verbal).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to learn and work with CRMs, email tools, and sales tracking systems.
- Knowledge of Facebook/Google Ads or Email Marketing is a plus.
- A self-starter mindset with a strong desire to grow into senior roles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
