Junior Business Development Executive

Rawalpindi, Pakistan

HostBreak is looking for 2 dynamic and motivated fresh graduates (or up to 1 year of experience) to join our Business Development team. This role is an excellent opportunity to launch your career in IT sales, client relations, and business growth within the fast-paced web hosting and technology industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and manage incoming leads using CRM/Excel.
  • Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and chat to nurture opportunities.
  • Support the Business Development Manager in converting leads into clients.
  • Conduct market research, lead hunting, and prospecting via online platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales opportunities.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports and maintain client records.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English written & verbal).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn and work with CRMs, email tools, and sales tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of Facebook/Google Ads or Email Marketing is a plus.
  • A self-starter mindset with a strong desire to grow into senior roles.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
