Role Overview
We are searching for a Junior Business Development Executive who will support lead generation, client communication, proposal coordination, and sales pipeline management. You will work closely with the BD & Project teams to identify opportunities, build relationships, and contribute directly to company growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are confident, organized, and passionate about tech.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Outreach
- Research potential clients, industries, and markets
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, Upwork, and digital channels
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate prospect data
Client Interaction
- Schedule discovery calls and demo meetings
- Communicate professionally with international clients (written + verbal)
- Assist senior BD managers in client follow-ups
Sales & Proposal Support
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and pitch decks
- Work with project managers to ensure accurate requirements
- Assist with RFP responses and documentation
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain sales pipeline reports
- Coordinate with design, development, and marketing teams
- Track progress of BD activities and share weekly reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, IT, or similar preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and email outreach
- Basic understanding of software development & digital products (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Motivated personality with a passion for learning and growth
Preferred Skills (Optional but a Plus!)
- Experience with Upwork / Fiverr / Apollo / HubSpot
- Understanding of SaaS, mobile apps, and web development
- Knowledge of proposal writing or requirements gathering
