We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Junior Business Development Executive to join our software company in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, specifically within the software industry. The primary responsibility will be to identify and secure new business opportunities through various online platforms such as Up-work, Freelancer, Fiver, People Per Hour and linked In as well as through direct client interactions. Requirements: Effectively communicate client requirements to the development team to ensure successful project completion. Make sure developers know and stick to what the client needs throughout the project. Receive tasks from developers and ensure they are delivered to clients on time and with high quality. Ensuring top-notch customer service by regularly following up with clients. Work on finding leads, creating proposals, and constantly improving business processes.. Making and presenting proposals that fit each client's specific business needs. Bidding experience on Up work, Fiver, People Per Hour and Linked In. Finding and studying opportunities in both new and existing markets. Negotiating with clients to secure the most competitive quotations. Understand customers and market trends well. Strong English communication skills. Strong knowledge of Software Development industry and IT Technical terms.
