Junior Business Development Executive

Location: Onsite (Lahore)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Junior Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in email marketing and LinkedIn outreach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, initiating conversations with potential clients, and setting up appointments for the sales team. Strong English communication (both written and spoken) is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute cold email outreach campaigns to generate leads and business opportunities
  • Conduct LinkedIn prospecting and outreach to engage potential clients
  • Identify and target relevant prospects based on company ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
  • Initiate conversations and qualify leads before scheduling meetings
  • Set up appointments/demos for the senior sales team
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking sheets
  • Follow up with prospects to ensure maximum conversion
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize outreach strategies
  • Meet weekly and monthly outreach and appointment-setting targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, lead generation, or appointment setting
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing tools and LinkedIn outreach strategies
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
  • Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistency in outreach

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency or B2B environment
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar CRM tools
  • Understanding of international client handling (USA, UK, etc.)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of outreach messages sent (Email & LinkedIn)
  • Response rate and engagement rate
  • Number of qualified leads generated
  • Number of appointments/demos scheduled
  • Conversion rate from lead to meeting
