Junior Business Development Executive (Digital Marketing)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Your primary focus will be on learning the fundamentals and supporting the team.

Market Research: Conduct targeted online research to identify potential client companies, industry trends, and key decision-makers in target markets.

Lead Qualification: Assist in filtering, qualifying, and enriching inbound and outbound leads to ensure they meet the company's ideal client profile.

Outreach Support: Draft and execute initial, professional outreach (emails, LinkedIn messages) under the guidance of a mentor.

CRM Management: Accurately enter and maintain all prospect data and activities in the CRM system (e.g., lead status, contact details).

Pitch Preparation: Assist in preparing compelling presentations, sales documents, and customized pitch materials for client meetings.

Learning & Growth: Actively participate in all sales and digital marketing training sessions to quickly build product and industry knowledge.

What We're Looking For

Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.

Mindset: A highly energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual with a strong desire to learn.

Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; basic proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace.

Digital Acumen: A keen interest in and basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, Social Media, etc.) is must.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Madipakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
