Key Responsibilities
- Drive lead generation through proactive cold and warm outreach, supported by consistent follow-ups.
- Promote and articulate the company’s services effectively to both SME and corporate clients.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through continuous prospecting.
- Organize and manage client meetings, product demos, and introductory discussions with qualified leads.
- Keep CRM records accurate and current by logging all interactions, activities, and progress.
- Assess client requirements and recommend the most appropriate service solutions.
- Assist the senior business development team with proposal preparation, presentations, and end-to-end coordination.
Qualifications
- 0.5 to 2 years in sales, telesales, customer service, or business development.
- Strong verbal communication skills (English is mandatory).
- Confident speaker with the ability to engage clients on calls.
- Persistent, target-driven, and disciplined with follow-ups.
- Basic understanding of business terms related to tax, audit, accounting, ERP, recruitment is an advantage.
- Ability to learn fast and adapt to multiple service lines.
- Organized, responsible, and consistent in daily outreach.
