Junior Business Development Executive - Pools & Landscaping

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Junior Business Development Executive to help expand our client base and support the growth of our business.

Novascape Pool Concepts LLC specializes in luxury swimming pools, landscaping, outdoor living spaces, water features, and villa renovation projects across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, referrals, and site visits.
• Meet potential clients, consultants, architects, and contractors.
• Promote the company's swimming pool, landscaping, and outdoor living services.
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with the design and technical team during the sales process.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and project opportunities.
• Achieve agreed monthly sales and business development targets.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Previous sales, customer service, or business development experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Fresh graduates and junior candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Professional appearance and confident personality.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to learn.
• UAE driving license is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Willingness to attend client meetings and site visits across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
