Junior Business Development Executive (Upwork / Online Sales – Remote)
Location: Remote (Pakistan preferred)
Type: Full-Time (Approx. 45 hours/week)
Compensation: PKR 30,000–55,000/month (based on experience)
About the Role
We are hiring a Junior Business Development Executive to support marketplace outreach and client coordination for a UK-based remote team.
This is an execution-focused role with structured training. Ideal for candidates with exposure to Upwork, online bidding, sales outreach, or lead generation who are looking for a stable full-time remote opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and apply to relevant opportunities on Upwork and similar platforms
- Write tailored, high-quality proposals (no copy-paste spam)
- Manage platform messages and respond professionally to inquiries
- Support lead qualification and booking of calls
- Maintain organized tracking of leads and follow-ups (Google Sheets/CRM)
- Assist with basic project coordination and internal communication
Requirements
- Strong written English (very important)
- Full-time availability (45 hours/week)
- High responsiveness and daily discipline
- Organized and comfortable using Google Sheets or similar tools
- Experience with Upwork, online bidding, lead generation, or remote sales is preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience working with international clients
- Exposure to digital services (web, design, marketing, etc.)
- Basic understanding of CRM tools
