Full-cycle B2B tech sales into GCC real estate developers

About NNTC

NNTC is a Dubai-based enterprise tech firm building 3D digital twins for off-plan real estate developers across the GCC. Live references include Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, Aramco, Dubai Municipality, a number of large and mid-sized developers in GCC. The product delivers a conversion uplift on prospects who interact with the twin vs traditional brochures. The buyer is the marketing director, commercial director, or CEO (for smaller firms) of a property developer.

The role

You hunt new logos in the GCC. Outbound prospecting to real estate developers, with a secondary motion into oil & gas and government urban-development bodies. There are hundreds of contacts in the CRM that will be assigned to you plus paid data sources for emails and phone numbers. You own the full cycle: discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, close. A Solutions Consultant scopes the technical side; you own the customer relationship and the commercial package.

This is a hunter role. Sales cycle is 1-2 months once the requirement is real (developer's launch is expected, exhibition or a roadshow), however can be month of nurturing the lead the time has not come. Large deals, complex sale, high autonomy. You operate remotely. Company has built the pipeline before with remote sales reps but closer based in Dubai. Given that in many cases those were Saudi projects with almost no face time, remote is possible with business trips to GCC every one or two months.

What you'll do

  • 20+ thoughtful outbound touches per working day: cold calls (only connected conversations count, not dial attempts), emails, Whatsapp, LinkedIn, combined. Sales Navigator + HubSpot.
  • 2-3 live self-sourced customer meetings per week (Teams/Zoom) from company-assigned account list (we have mapped 90% of active real estate developers in GCC).
  • Run discovery and demos. Product is visual and easy to show. Co-attend with the Solutions Consultant for technical scoping.
  • Issue 3+ priced proposals per month to qualified buyers.
  • Maintain a clean HubSpot pipeline. MEDDICC qualification on every opportunity past first meeting.
  • Close deals. Manage advance payment to milestone to final payment cycle.

Buyers and the team operate in both

Quota attainment record with numbers

% of target, meetings booked, pipeline generated, deals closed, average deal size

Strongly preferred:

  • Sold into MENA corporates (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Egypt) before
  • Sold proptech, construction tech, marketing tech, or CRM into real estate developers
  • Self-sourced 30%+ of pipeline in your last role
  • Public LinkedIn presence with comments and content
  • Read at least one sales book from these authors (Sandler, Keenan, Justin Michael, Bertuzzi, Cialdini, Voss)

Not a fit:

  • Real estate sales brokers (Bayut, Property Finder, dubizzle, off-plan agents). The cadence is opposite.
  • Insurance, B2C financial advisors, telecom airtime sellers. Different cycle.
  • Account managers or customer success reps without quota-carrying outbound experience.

Compensation

All amounts in USD, paid by bank transfer. Independent contractor; you handle your local tax and registrations.

Base

USD 800 / month

Operational Excellence Component

USD 320 / month (40% of base)

Conditional on 6 CRM-discipline criteria for the calendar month. Glide path during 90-day probation: 4 of 6 criteria pay in full in month 1, 5 of 6 in month 2, all 6 from month 3 onwards. The 6 criteria are: meetings logged within 24 hours with AI transcript or detailed notes; 80%+ of opportunities carry a dated next-step task; 80%+ of advanced-stage opportunities carry full MEDDICC data; 400+ outreach touches per month; weekly activity report by Friday

Guaranteed monthly compensation at 100% Operational Excellence

USD 1,120 / month

Equivalent to roughly EGP 56,000 or TND 3,500 at current rates. Paid in USD: no FX risk on you.

Commission

10% of Gross Profit up to quarterly target, 20% above

Paid 50% on customer's first payment, 50% on customer's final payment

Quarterly Gross Profit Target

USD 15,000 (Junior tier)

Reviewed annually

Realistic OTE at 100% target attainment: USD 18,000-22,000 per year. Top performers at 200% attainment: USD 28,000-35,000 per year.

Above-target commission is uncapped.

Career path

Probation: 90 days. To pass, all three of:

  • Operational Excellence criteria met for months 2 and 3
  • Any paid customer activity (Purchase order for a project or pilot) OR Qualified pipeline of USD 150,000+ (MEDDICC-grade, dated next steps within 30 days)

Promotion to Business Development Manager: after 2 consecutive quarters at 100% of quarterly GP target. A strong rep is expected to cross USD 30K per year in the first 12 months with a possibility or relocation to Dubai, the company HQ.

Logistics

  • Remote, full-time. Cairo or Tunis preferred (existing team density).
  • You provide: own laptop, Full HD webcam, headphones, reliable internet.
  • We provide: HubSpot CRM, Sales Navigator, Read.AI subscription, IP telephony, lead lists, cold-call scripts, email templates, demo materials, Solutions Consultant support, CEO support for high-level meetings.
  • Working window: Dubai business hours overlap (~9:00-18:00 GST).
  • Probation: 3 months. Notice: 7 days during probation, 15 days after.
  • Non-compete: 6 months post-termination, narrowly scoped to digital-twin / 3D real-estate visualization vendors in the GCC. Standard non-solicit, IP, and confidentiality clauses apply.
