Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Development Officer to support our growth initiatives. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals on online platforms, and assisting with social media-driven client acquisition. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a keen interest in sales, marketing, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and explore new business opportunities through online platforms and social media
• Conduct basic market research to understand client needs and industry trends
• Generate leads and assist in prospecting potential clients
• Prepare and submit business proposals and profiles
• Support relationship-building efforts with clients and partners
• Assist in managing and monitoring social media activities and campaigns
• Maintain records, reports, and performance analysis
• Adapt strategies based on market changes while maintaining ethical business practices

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or a related role
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• Basic working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
• Good communication, negotiation, and time-management skills
• Understanding of basic sales strategies and market dynamics
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Familiarity with MS Office tools and CRM software
