Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Business Development Executive who can handle online bidding on Upwork and support our sales team. The role includes finding relevant projects, preparing proposals and maintaining communication with clients. The ideal candidate should be confident, organized and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search for relevant projects on Upwork
• Prepare and submit proposals according to client requirements
• Communicate with clients and respond to messages on time
• Maintain a daily log of bids, leads and follow-ups
• Coordinate with the technical team to understand project details
• Help achieve monthly bidding and conversion targets
• Build and maintain professional client relationships

Requirements:

• Minimum 14 years of education
• Good English writing and communication skills
• Basic understanding of Upwork or other freelancing platforms
• Ability to write clear and personalized proposals
• Strong MS Office or Google Workspace skills
• Quick learner with a positive attitude
• Able to manage time and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
