This is a full-time, in-office position based in Orange County, CA, with a competitive salary range of $125,000 – $145,000 annually.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Junior Associate Attorney with 1–3 years of litigation experience to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who wants to sharpen their litigation skills, handle sophisticated business disputes, and work directly with clients in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare pleadings and manage law and motion practice, including complaints, answers, demurrers, discovery motions, summary judgment motions, and other trial motions under the guidance of senior litigation attorneys.
• Manage the discovery process, with guidance from senior litigation attorneys—from planning and execution to identifying evidence that strengthens our case strategy or refutes the opposing party’s claims.
• Conduct targeted legal research using LexisNexis, Westlaw, or CEB on statutes, case law, and procedural rules.
• Draft concise legal memoranda summarizing findings for use in trial preparation and strategy.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy while gaining hands-on litigation and courtroom experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in California (in good standing).
• 1–3 years of business/commercial litigation experience.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong work ethic, initiative, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• A collaborative team player with a growth mindset.
